- We will get on the phone and email with you to understand your business situation/ problem, and then use our system to share 2-3 solid solution alternatives.
- We have a variety of questionnaires for different problems, and we will send them in advance, so that you can share the filled questionnaires before our telecon/chat. You will be amazed at how much value can come out of 30-60 minutes of planned business diagnosis.

(2) Action Pack - for your pressing business need - Action is very important, because otherwise, the most profitable plan gets wasted.
- The starting step for this what we described in the Decision Pack above. So we will have 1-2 initial conversations to understand the background and if/how we can help.
- Instead of just leaving you with you good insights and solution alternatives, we will work with you in this case — to make things happen.
- Of course, we will tell you upfront if you can solve something for you.
- If we can help you, then we will prepare a plan, and put it into action at the earliest.
- There will be no ambiguity in what will suggest - bullet points explained with examples. If you can action them, great. If you can not because of some constraints, at least you will know which direction to move into.
